The people were friendly, however wait time was quite ridiculous. Had a procedure done and waited 30 minutes for someone else to come in and bandage it. Would recommend American Family Care on Maddison Street before here.
The staff was excellent. I was on crutches and having a hard time moving around, they brought out a wheel chair for me and helped me get around. The X-ray tech was very gentle since I was in so much pain. Scarlett is the one who saw me, she was caring, compassionate and understood my concerns. This is the third time I've been there, once when I was severely dehydrated plus pneumonia. They had my fiance' take me to the hospital asap, which basically saved my life. Then two years ago I took my fiance' there and they saved his life. I realize working with the public isn't easy, but this office handles it very well. If I could I would give them more stars.
The staff is great but I waited got 1.5 hours to be taken back plus another hour for the doctor to see me. Won't be going back.
Has been horrible all I needed was my TB test to be read those who have had this done knows it takes 30 seconds for them to look at your arm. I waited 1 hour++!!! just for them to say in less than a minute I am good!!! I will never go back
I think their ok the wait was a little longer than I expected. And One of the assistant's call and gave someone their test result and you can hear the full conversation in the waiting room. If they can work on that that place would be great. They show more concern than the ER and were Very Friendly.
