I'm in Alabama I bought 2 complete computer systems from Dog House they shipped them to me and while on phone they talked me through the whole deal. Painless. Plus they monitor my system for a very responsible price. They know their stuff and easy to do business with.
Glad to have been able to get a replacement laptop charger for almost 1/2 the price compared to the local Best Buy. Pleasant stop.
I have been using DogHouse for years, before they moved to their Wilma Rudolph location, and I LOVE working with them! I never have a problem anytime I go in there. They are always straight forward, and tell me what needs to be done to get my computer up and going again. The lady that works up front is always so sweet and nice and never fails to greet me with a smile! Their customer service is excellent, the techs are so awesome, and I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your computer or IT needs!

Nice people but my computer has never worked right since they worked on it I brought it back twice and it still wasn't right. I gave up.
