Excellent customer service! Honesty and integrity matter! N&F stands behind their products. Over the past 10 years, I've gone to several pc repair stores in Clarksville and these guys are the best.
They do really great computer work here and if something is unfixable they will tell you instead of convincing you to spend a lot wasting your time. My computer ended up being totally un fixable and they simply told me so after 2 days of work and didn't charge me a thing.
I wouldn't go any other place for computer assistance very polite helpful and price is beyond and up above excellent.
I had Jeff come out and pull off all my pictures off of a laptop that was ten years old and he did an awesome job! He also came to my house and set up my new computer making sure I still had all my favorites saved from my old computer. And he is always available if you have any questions after he works on your computer. I highly recommend N & F computers!
