The apartments/townhomes have washer/dryer and kitchens. Pretty nice, not Holiday Inn nice, but for a fully furnished apartment at $950 a month you can't beat it.

Hard Credit Checks, Money upfront, management or owner alledgedly likes you to know he has a loaded gun and brag of deep connections in town. I did not rent this was just my customer service experience leading up to me walking away from this place.
Decent place to stay if your in a pinch... Clean rooms and it fairly quiet. The only thing I didn’t like is the internet goes in and out a lot. And the cable sucks
