She said she could not do a simple stripe design, even when I pointed to the small paintbrush she had in her cup. Then, she put the girls' hands under the dryer and left without saying anything to them or me. One of them ended up messing her nails up, as she'd sat there for nearly 10 minutes and we'd not been told how long. Incredibly bad service.

So this place was just okay. My three daughters and a friend came in, and while the gentleman was helpful right away, one of the ladies acted like we were an annoyance.
Came in because I thought they could do a simple design on children's nails and a more elaborate one on acrylic. Nope!
My oldest daughter went for a full set and with the gentleman. So far so good on that.
We also have dipping powder and Ombree powder colors powder come too see us we glad to make your hands and feets HAPPY..We serve wine and drinks also lots of arts design for little girls on their hands/feets
Getting manicure with gel shellac. Polish was too thick and I kindly explained to tech that the nails were looking bulbous and too thick. I just don't understand how I am paying you my money and you become agitated as if I'm wasting your time. I am paying you for your time to provide a service. I was not rude and pointed the issue out before color was even applied. I paid for the service as you did do the work, but I refused any further services and will not return ever. The staff is friendly, but seems the mood changes when you are pointing out anything that you are not happy with. Don't go into the service industry if you do not have the patience to provide basic customer service. Especially when anyone else would of been rude and disrespectful.
I went here & got my nails done today for Christmas. It was my 1st time going there & I have to say, that woman was amazing! She didn't burn me like all the other places I've been to. She done an amazing job on my nails & I love them! She was super sweet also. The price was more than I expected, but I think it was kinda worth it for what I got. I will def go back!
But there was a very small child (of the woman who worked there) who came up and took my youngest daughter's stuffed animal, and started to slobber on the nose of it and cried when I gently took it away (it was wet with spit). The mother never said a word, but hurried to paint the nails of one of my other daughters and her friend. HURRIED.
