Worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in for a full set of stilettos. Started with the lady being rude as I told her what I wanted. I am usually forgiving when it comes to snipping fingers but she cut nearly all my fingers with one bleeding badly. This led to the entire process being painful. They were filed unevenly and the acrylic was placed very uneven. It wasn't smooth at all. The acrylic wasn't even placed on my entire nail. I asked for french tips. Even the polish looked worse than I do myself at home! (And I'm no pro, that's for sure) She rushed through when finishing them. When I attempted to explain what my problem was they ignored it and kept repeating that they don't give refunds. (I paid $40 and they looked like they were worth no more than $10) Finally I gave up on getting them fixed and simply asked for them to be removed. Again, this caused a huge problem for them. She clipped the tips off leaving them unfiled with the rest of the acrylic on and expected me to leave. Eventually they agreed to remove them. Another employee was loudly calling me a liar and saying other disrespectful things to another customer. Now I am left with no set, beaten up nails, cut fingers, and sore hands. This is the WORST nail salon I've EVER been to. Definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
Recently had this salon to get a full set pedis and It's the best salon I have ever seen. I can show she a picture and also hepled me so quickly. She was really humorable. She did my fingers are professional. Plus, her environment is spotless. You don't forget to make appointments at this place, sure!
I brought my daughter and her friends here on a Saturday ... I left with all HAPPY! Owner shop just want to get me in and out as quickly as possible and made sure I was pleased what their were doing. My results couldn't have been nicer. The price is more average than nail salons. Very recommend this spot to every one :)
Went here today with my 2yo child, they LOVED her. They were so friendly, they were fast and I've never loved my nails so much!! I didn't have to wait either. I just moved to the area and this was my first nail salon ive been to since ive moved here. I will definitely be back!!
My 3 year old is in TOE and she decided she had to use the bathroom so I ran across the food court and took her before the tech even started. Soo she stArts , I explain to her that I have wide set nails and while I do want coffin shaped nails I'd like them a little wider to suit my wider nail beds. She insisted that she knew what she was doing
This is the worst nail experience I've ever had. Sooo first I got there at 700 ish , they close at 9! I asked for a full set and a pedicure for my daughter. They said ok no problem.
