Great local business, with excellent selection and prices. I was surprised at how reasonable and competitive the prices were at Clarksville Lighting and Appliance. I picked up three lights and they were all beautiful and less expensive than similar lights at the big box stores. They also have a great selection of fans, chandeliers, and kitchen appliances.The staff was welcoming, but did not pester us as we walked around and checked everything out. However, once we were ready to make a selection they were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back for vanity lights for my bathrooms!
Love it here. Every time i step foot here is because i am assisting my clients on building their dream home. None the less, I simply love their options,and their customer service.
Great selection just very overpriced
The store was not that big but the selection was very good, and there prices on the lights and ceiling fans were a lot cheaper than the others that we saw at Lowes and Home Depot.
Unfortunately, our dishwasher did not work after having it for 4 days, as the entire motherboard inside it had completely fried. Instead of replacing it, they had us going through the warranty process with the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent out a repair man & the dishwasher motherboard is back ordered for over a month. Meaning we are without a dishwasher after we paid full price for one in our brand new home- for OVER a month.
While I understand that this is the standard procedure for warranty issues, I am quite disappointed that Clarksville Lighting & Appliance will not stand behind their products when they are less than a week old.
