It's superb. The officer took only 15 mins to register Title for my two out of state vehicles...I had never seen such fast processing...
Never thought I could love (or even like!) A DMV.......these people got it right. Great customer service and not the normal hassle of a DMV.
Untrained staff, Ms. Melila was not able to register my vehicle because she doubted my active duty service, even though I provided current LES, and current active duty Orders, she didn't knew how to properly read the orders or open to learn how to read them. Also, I have used the same orders for my past 3 vehicles with no issues. This was the must undermining and aggravating customer service experience I have had in my 8yrs of Active duty service.. This is the type of employee I would not want to be working for me.
This was the shortest DMV visit I have ever had and the last who helped me was really pleasant.
