I have never seen a place determined to screw over everyone. Try to never use this county for child support. And this is coming from the guy who did well coming out of it. Vince or Vance or whoever the guy is in the court room is total trash at his job and needs to learn some respect and patience. My ex and I had come to get along great and we take care of our kids and they make everything up as they go in the court room. You walk I expecting to get a new child support number and we find out they changed the system for the day. Time to get new employees in there.
Most of the people who work here are very kind and helpful. But there's one in there that I've had issues with every time she's the one that picks up the line. She's very rude and she acts like the child support payments are coming directly out of her personal bank account. I've complained online, the complaint goes to Nashville, then to the person you complained about supervisor. I was upset due to the fact she works with this woman daily and like I suspected she started taking up for her. All they need to do in Nashville is record a few of these woman's calls and they would hear for themselves how awful she is to people just wanting info on their child support cases they cannot get off line. I mean you chose to work with the public and serve the public handing child support cases, helping mothers and father obtain money for their children. If you don't like your job then change it! it's that simple. Maybe they need to take a class in "customer service skills" like CE classes or something. I bet some folks know exactly who I'm speaking about without giving her name. There's no way I'm the only person that has complained on this woman's attitude and patronizing behavior over the phone.

The rate things get done is awful, but that's the system. They are very helpful with filing and don't sugarcoat the process.
Rude. Incensitive to the clients. I pay support, and am never behind, but when I call, they treat me like I'm a criminal or haven't paid.
