I even told them when I finally got to the counter, "For a state that doesn't like 'Big Government,' you sure do have a lot of government." Well, they didn't seem to like that. Which is why I'm writing this review from Guantanimo in between waterboarding sessions on a prison phone smuggled up someone's rectum. My buddy Mohammed let me use it, but not before he made me convert to Islam and declare sharia law. I didn't really want to do that, but who am I to let a small thing like religion get in the way of a Google review?
I have been using them for the past 4 years. The service is always quick, the staff is polite and helpful. I never stress going there.
Just moved here & was DREADING going! I was in/out in 10 minutes. Staff was SOOO friendly & awesome! Thanks for making this an easy process!
Also, if you're transferring your vehicle registration from out-of-state, bring four or five proofs of US citizenship. Apparently, Polaroid pictures of you with waitresses at the Hooters near downtown Clarksville isn't good enough for the state of Tennessee anymore. Thanks, Obama!
I was told to bring in one thing that i needed to get my plates. I come back and now there is other stuff added to the list. Poor customer service!!
I was told to come here to register my car by the Department of Motorized Services, which is odd, considering that you'd think an entire department devoted to and named for motorized services would be tasked with the service of handling motorized vehicle registration, rather than a completely different governmental agency that under normal circumstances has nothing to do with motor vehicles.
In and out for car registration! Maybe took ten min, including wait time. Great service as well, thank you! I completely thought that I'd be waiting for thirty min or so, to then have a rude clerk. To my pleasant surprise, it was quite the opposite! I'm such a pessimist! Great experience!
