I order an two Mattresses from the store when was outlet and one was a normal buy I receive my Mattresses on Saturday the delivery guys did not set up the mattresses they set them against the wall along with my bedframe I received from them. The outlet mattress that I received when opening the mattress me and my husband noticed that there were rips on the bottom of the mattress and cuts on the foot of the mattress The mattress that was an outlet mattress I was told that it would be through a sanitation before receiving it because it was in someone's home for possibly 120 days and it doesn't seem like that was a true statement because my sons room where the mattress is sitting up smells like cigarette smoke neither me or my husband smokes cigarettes waiting to Hear back from the DM as of now.

We got the greatest mattress ever, but like all retail places they're there to sell stuff. Watch when they say finance you. The issue is they go through someone that will give you a credit card for the amount financed. That being said, the card will be at 100% utilization rate, which in turn will hurt your credit. They don't tell you that though!!!
Store clerk was also area manager. Shared specials with us an asked us to wait. We waited, and waited, and waited. Finally our turn. She was very Pleasant and gave us a great deal for having to wait.
Awesome service by a great staff. The guy knew what kinda mattress to have us look at just by the type of bed we were getting our daughter. He was helpful and extremely friendly.
