Great place, with very nice salesmen who were friendly and helpful and conscious of my budget without being overbearing or pushy. The delivery man was on time, not too expensive, and also very helpful. The prices were fair, and their selection of mattresses was mostly great.
This place just opened and I want to be the first person to say that this has been the best bed/furniture store I've been to :) Mark is very nice, helpful,and knowledgeable. He never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured like at other furniture shops, and if you've looked around in the area you know what I mean. He worked with me along every step of buying my first mattress set and even went out of his way several times to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He made the process so easy and exciting, I do plan on recommending this place :) the shop is really well put together and clean also there's a military discount :) Definately great experience here. I can assure you this business is in it just to turn a dollar. When my wife and I were looking for a new bed my wife and the store owners wife talked to find the mattress that would work best for us based on size, weight and back issues. The owners wife was great and said if we had any problems within 120 days to come back and they will make it right. Well we have been on the new mattress for less than 120 days and its doing the same thing every other mattress does. My wife and I sleep close together and it breaks down the mattress and makes it difficult to get out of bed. It also sags in the middle. Yesterday my wife went in to see what can be done about it and the owner went off on her. Yelling at her and going on and on about we were trying to rip them off. All of this was before my wife even explained the issues we were having. He then proceeded to tell my wife that he will call in the warranty and that the mattress company will have to come out and look at it because he was done dealing with us and he will refuse if they ask him to do it. I'm not sure what we did to him because we haven’t even asked for anything other than answer some questions. Save yourself some frustration and avoid this place like the plague.
