The staff was very polite and patient with an undecided shoppers like me. Quality hair for a decent price for the area.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTIVE DUTY MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES! Can you say racial profiling and discrimination?! We just had the worst experience here. We went in to buy braiding hair for me since it is getting warmer and they didn't have the hair I wanted. So we left, went to another store to see if they had any. That store didn't have any, and due to the time, I had to get hair. At this pony I was willing to settle for the hair from Best 1 (ha, what a joke of a name). We went back in, and I picked up 4 packs of hair. We then proceeded to the hair gel/ edge control aisle. I was squatting looking at products on bottom rack when the older lady came by and said she'd hold the hair up front. Mind you, I am squatting and the hair is resting on my thighs with one of my hands over the packs to prevent them from falling on the store. While she was saying she could hold the hair she was reaching into my lap and grabbing the hair. She did this before I could even respond. So I put my hand on the packs to stop her and told her politely that I was fine. It was only 4 packs of hair. She responded with "well you guys were in here earlier". My fiancé (who was in uniform) and I both looked at each other perplexed and then I looked at her and replied " Yes we were. We had to leave, but we are back." She just walked away. Where was the hostility and negativity coming from? We left their establishment, but we came back to spend money. This is the purpose of a business, to have customers, or am I wrong? My fiancé and I were both highly offended, and digested by her tone of voice. It was almost as though she was insinuating we were doing something wrong by coming back. It also rubbed both of us the wrong way that she reached into my lap to grab something before receiving a response if it was okay for her take the hair. I did not have a purse. I had on a long sleeved shirt, and tight jeans. We ended up putting the hair back and left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
