The young man & nice lady (wife & son of the owner I believe) both went out of their way to assist me and it was very close to closing time too! But you could tell some attributes of the owner had worn them down and also had worn-onto them. Still, they were very professional, courteous & at least she smiled! But expect to pay a premium and then some, and should there be an issue where the owner is in charge, do not count on honesty or integrity even if he says you can!

I took my diamond ring into this store to have the prongs tipped to secure a loose stone. When I picked it up four days later, it was obvious that they had switched out my 1.01 VS1 princess cut solitaire diamond for a smaller low grade diamond full of nasty inclusions. They had cut down the prongs to accommodate the smaller stone, whose pavilion was too short to set in the original prongs. They did such a shoddy job of the switch that the four prongs are not even the same length now and the stone is set at a tilt rather than flush leveled as it once was. My ring was a marked designer ring with no such shoddy imperfections when I dropped it off for repair. I immediately noticed the switch and before I left the premises of the store, I called them on it. They denied it and tried to claim that they tipped my prongs with never removing the stone. That is a clear lie as the prongs are shorter and the stone is off balance. They kept telling me to bring in paperwork proving what stone I had originally. I'm getting my invoice, but I doubt that I will get any restitution. They know that I know that they stole my diamond. They were so crass as to not even try to cloak the theft by hiding it in quality work. They apparently believe that they can get away with such theft. Maybe it is their standard operating procedure to rip people off. I don't know. What I do know is that they switched my stone and returned to me a poorly constructed ring set with a low grade diamond that looks and feels nothing like the original diamond. IF YOU VALUE YOUR JEWELRY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! The saddest thing is that I have done business with this store for years. If they will do this to a LOYAL customer, they will do this to anyone.

Great service on our clock, thank you...

Terrible customer service. Ridiculously frustrating experience. Dropped watch off July 17, 2014 for pin replacement. Was told it would be 2-4 weeks and they'd call when it was ready. Fast forward to the end of August, haven't heard from them. Drop by and the watch has been taken next door to the pawn shop "where the watch guy is." They said they'd call "by Friday" (it was Tuesday). No phone call. Visited twice in September (went to the pawn shop next door) and both times was told they'd call "by Friday." Finally last Wednesday I'd had enough and the next time I went in I just asked for my watch back so I could take it somewhere else. That brought the watch guy out of his hole where again he promised to have it done "by Friday"-the watch was in pieces and I don't know how to fix watches so I left it there with little hope of hearing from them "by Friday." Surprise, surprise, no phone call from them. Just picked up watch today (Tuesday). The watch works fine; I'm glad it is fixed. The service, however, sucks. Even if it took 4 months for legitimate reasons, the business didn't have the wherewithal to give me a phone call, instead saying whatever they thought I wanted to hear to get me out the door. Never will I take my business there again. I'd rather take my watches to Nashville to be fixed than deal with this terrible business again.

I have been in there I know 3 different times to have 3 different rings sized but they can never help me. Then I went to sell some jewelry one time and the lady told the guy working the counter he offered me too much.
