Signs Now took less time to create my product than they estimated! The product was professional and looked great, installed with expertise and the price was reasonable! My overall experience with them was perfect! I would recommend this store to anyone in Clarksville, as they not only do signs but many other items also! I will be returning to them for all over my small business needs!
I mentioned my experience to my mom, a local business owner who has ordered signage from Signs Now, she told me she had the same issues with her order. Services are promised and not delivered on the timeline THEY set. Do yourself a favor.. go elsewhere.
They have a decent turn around on their signs.
Some of the worst customer service. I ordered items a year ago through my practice for an event we were doing. Even after confirming the order, the delivery, and the proofs, they still managed to mess everything up! We ordered green and white pens with black ink and they turned out green and pink. The other items I ordered and paid for did not show up on time. They were late getting proofs and just an all around hassle to work with.

The fact that this business won Best of Clarksville speaks more to the lack of competition than the professionalism of Signs Now. I paid for my entire order up front and was told I'd have proofs to review by the end of the week. Two and a half weeks later, I went in to the store and said if I didn't have something in my inbox by the end of the day, I'd be back the following morning to collect my refund. I got the proofs a couple hours later and approved the work.
When the printing was done, it was the wrong size. When I explained the problem (the correct size was written on my order), the person who had done the work on my order got an attitude and said, "What, is it not going to fit?" When I explained that it wouldn't fit and showed him a picture of the space it needed to go, he told me to go ahead and take them home and double check. He said he'd go ahead and re-order the right size unless I called and told him the decals fit. I never called and I never got new decals. I'm fed up enough with this company that its not worth the hassle of dealing with this guy for a couple of $30 decals. I had the work re-done by a company I found online.
