I've been working with this store for over a year now. Their customer is nearly non existent, other than 1 or 2 members, their staff have little to no knowledge of most of the workings within the store. Most are more worried about being a cool bearded guy that works in a gun store then they are about being a SME or even having a general knowledge of of the subject matter...I ordered a custom rifle and only 1 individual at the store was ever able to track it. If he was not in i was informed that he would call when he returned to the office which rarely if ever happened. The other staff in the store would just stare at me dumb founded when i would ask simple questions about orders or equipment and items. I've tried emailing and also gotten no response. The selection at the store is quite good but the staff and customer service are utterly abhorrent. I recommend going to literally anywhere else in town...anywhere else...

Great store to shop at. Has a great selection of Magpul products. The associates are knowledgeable and explain things to you when you don't understand. What sets this store apart from the others for me is that the associates give knowledgeable recommendations when asked. I'm new to the gun scene and didn't know what the best optic would be for my new AR. I asked at a different store and they told me they are all about the same. I asked at The Tactical Edge and an associate gave me a full run down on the different kind of optics I could run and how each of them worked. The associate also recommended what he thought would be the best for me in my application. Staff is very friendly and I feel that I can get away from the "country" feel of other shops that feel more targeted towards hunting rifles.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but very high prices. Not competitive at all. Prices for exact same products range from 100 to 300 more than other stores in the area.
Customer service is the worst I have ever seen, I told the employee that I wanted to look around and the employee seemed pissed that I wanted to compare their stuff to the store down the road. All the employees seemed uninterested in helping, 0 out of five would not recommend to anyone looking to buy a weapon.
Got my new rifle...besides the order being wrong the upper and lower receivers are SUPER loose. Going to have to order some shims to make it accurately shoot which would be fine for a stock basic rifle...not for a custom rifle that ran me over 2 grand...over priced and under produced as i said before go anywhere else.
