I had an appt for them to come out at 3:30 p.m. I left work an hour early due to construction everywhere. I didn't want them to wait on me. I withdrew cash that morning. I had a missed call from them at 4:00 but no message. I called back and left them a message. I called back at 4:30 the rudest person answered and said he would call a tech. The worst customer service ever. I give a negative five. I would pay three times more anywhere else.
