A friend recommended Tony the owner of Crain's Automotive to work on my car,once moving to Clarksville and trying to find a good mechanic.
Bobby the receptionist/secretary is knowledgable, kind, and helpful as all the employees are. Every time I have taken my vehicles there when I leave I have no worries about my car being fixed correctly and they're much cheaper than the dealer.
Their an honest hardworking team!!

Was never told that there was a $100 diagnostics charge. I explained to the woman on the phone that I didn't realize that they charged just to look at it, and she got very rude and defensive that "every where does." She was equally unhappy when I named 4 places off the top of my head in the area that DON'T charge to look.

That is something that should ALWAYS be addressed when handing the keys over. Very disappointed, and I don't plan on going back. Go to Ashby's Wheel Shop, Fire Stone, B&B Automotive, C&S Auto Care, A&R Complete Auto Care. They've always been very helpful and will actually DISCLOSE ALL CHARGES TO YOU. I'm so disappointed with Crain's Automotive.
