I called and, even though they were busy, they squeezed me in within a couple hours. I was amazed at his familiarity with the intricacies of my specific vehicle. With a few quick checks he had figured out the problem, then told me how much it would cost for him to fix it (cheap) or what to do if I wanted to fix it myself. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and didn't try to scam or sell me. If we have any other auto issues we will definitely be returning!
