None Better! Ben and his crew do a excellent job! Made a number of repairs over the years for me!! Never had to return for something not done right the first time. Awesome work crew!!
We dropped the car off on June 19 and was not able to pick the car up until August 1st!!!!!!!!! That is a month and a half. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks tops. I understand things happen but a month a half?? We kept getting the run around about how it will be ready in a couple of days and NEVER were followed up with. Our rental car bill was $1,200. When we got the car back tire pressure was low, the water temperature sensor was disconnected, brake fluid was low, and the car was a very dirty. The only reason I am giving this experience a 2 was because they were nice every time we spoke to them and they paid part of the rental cost.
Great service. They actually care about their customers and appreciate their business. Finished a day early. They stand behind their work. Bumpus could give lessons to other companies on what good customer service is like.
This morning someone backed into my van in the school parking lot. The damage was minor, except the drivers side door wouldn't fully open. I took it to Bumpus to see how much it would cost to fix it so the door would open. The gentleman came right out to look at it, went inside to get a tool, fixed it right up and didn't charge me anything. Even though it was a quick and easy fix, most body shops would have charged a fee. Excellent customer service!
