How does this shop have such a low rating?! I've used them THREE times for THREE separate vehicles and they are miracle workers. Incredibly professional and prompt we will go nowhere else! The best in Clarksville. Hands down. Don't trust anyone else.
I didn't listen to the reviews and gave them a chance.... Totally screwed myself. Don't go there, theres a reason they have such low stars. I get my truck back and now i have to fix all the stuff they didn't do and am having problems getting them to fix it... Should have fixed it myself. So upset
The Bumpus Auto Body team is awesome they have worked on my vehicles and my wife's vehicles for over 12 years. Their customer service is second to none. If you are looking for a honest body shop that work is reliable and correct the first time around choose Bumpus Auto Body.
Never will I go there again!! Not only was my car not done when they said it would be. They never even have the courtesy to call me and let me know they’re running late on the repairs and when they gave me my car back the rim was still scratched, and now 1 week and a half later my car won’t even start!!! Why wouldn’t u even Check to see if all the electrical is working properly before handing the vehicle over to the customer especially if the damage was on that side of the car!! So upset!!!
The work done here at Bumpus North is substandard absolutely terrible have taken my car in here 3 times. There is no attention to detail. They do a piss poor job. Never will I take my car here again. They take no pride in their work and make excuses for everything that they messed up on or didn't fix. Josh's customer service is horrible. Will report them to the Better Business Burearu. I have no idea why USAA still recommends them. They've gotta be held accountable someway somehow otherwise they'll keep doing piss poor work instead of taking pride in what they do and making sure it's done to standard as if it just came out of the factory.
