Worst experience of my life!! Took them 2 months and 2 attempts to fix my car. Didn't address the door to quarter panel gaps, lost parts off the outside mirror which I found later in the engine bay!! Grille was wedged in without the retaining clips !! Randy the fake manager is worthless, rude and blind!! If I could rate a -1 I would!! If you like your car, this isn't the place to go, I wouldn't let them paint a lawnmower!!

I loved them it was so easy only thing my car came back dirty but all for all it was a easy they took care of everything

So they are lacking severely from a managerial standpoint but the work is good. So... even though they're far from five stars they're probably the best body shop Clarksville has to offer.

Also my Subaru emblem was scratched up (and was not before the collision) when questioned about it they just made excuses and played dumb.

The lady who runs the desk continuously called me the wrong name which was annoying and I constantly had to call them for updates.

Took my vehicle here after being treated rudely by ABRA. Not only where they polite and friendly. Pricing was just as competitive as anywhere else and the work was Fantastic. Even though a buddy had just damaged my number cover in a parking lot and we weren't using insurance they didn't treat me bad or push me off because it wasn't a larger "insurance company job. They were done in two to three days.

I appreciated the fact that they were looking out for me rather than my insurance company. Not all collision places do that - Glad I did my research.

However, their correspondence with my insurance adjuster was sub par causing my car rental to run out. Luckily I had a great adjuster that responded quickly.

I used them again shortly after the first incident when someone hit my car the work has been quality work.

VERY disappointed. Does NOT take responsibility for their work. Took about a month and a half to replace rear bumper cover and they sub-contracted out electrical work for reverse sensors. The electrical work was not done correctly and when we told them about that, they said it wasn't their fault and gave us the name of the company who did the work for them and said to try and get them to fix it. I went out of my way to use Price's, and the insurance company paid the full bill; all of which went to Price's. I cannot believe the poor customer service nor the time it took to repair. If I pay YOU for the job, then YOU are responsible for the job....even the work you send off to others. So now I have to find someone who can repair the faulty work and pay out of my own pocket for the poor job you did. I will be referring everyone I know elsewhere.
