Riverside did the first correct alignment and front end job I've had since purchasing my F250 Superduty 4x4 new in 2002. They accurately pinpointed some from end bushing issues, repaired it, along with a needed control arm replacement - then aligned it. In the past when getting front end alignments from other shops (including dealers), I've always ended up with my truck pulling left or right with a steering wheel that does not line up straight. Not so with Riverside. The truck tracks perfectly with no left or right pull. Steering wheel lines up correctly when driving down the road. Front end handles like a new truck. I appreciate them taking the time to meet factory alignment specs and test driving the truck for an excellent repair. Thank you!!

Wouldnt go there ever again paid for a alinment made it worse to where it is dangerous to drive pulled hard to right and left my steering wheel pointing to left took it back same thing waited for almost 3hrs both times

Often times we are quick to discuss our negative experiences but we fail to discuss our positive experiences or the ones that have made or lives and anxieties bearable....I am not one to put faith easily in mechanics or individuals without proof that they exhibit integrity and honesty! When Riverside Muffler gives me a diagnosis, I have found their prices and diagnosis to be fair!! Recently, I was reminded of this fact when I allowed different ones to work on my car in an effort to possibly save. Well, I ended up paying twice more in the end. I have been a customer for over a year and the continued family ambience or goodness of the staff is so comforting. Riverside Muffler is a rare GEM and in a time of so much dishonesty I feel truly, truly blessed to find them because I know that when I leave my car, it's in good hands with Riverside Muffler of Warfield!
