Absolute worst place in Clarksville to get your car worked on. I would give zero stars if I could. The technicians are forgetful and lazy. Got spark plugs and an oil change done on my mini about a week ago and they forgot to hook up the vacuum pump and a week later the whole thing went out. They went against my wishes of what I asked them to do. They have very poor people skills and are very rude and unfriendly. If you have a MINI Cooper in Clarksville that needs work and you want to pay twice as much for parts as you would anywhere else then Small Car Enterprise is the place to go. They were going to charge me almost a grand to fix what problems that cost at least 300 dollars less. To top it all off they throw a hissy fit if you decide you want your car taken somewhere else. they make sure your car drives off the lot just long enough just so it can break again and then you have to take it back and get more work. Also the "warranty" is just a thing they say to reel you in because they wont honor it at all. Just a very bad place to take your car. If you have a MINI and want work done on it the right way, Take it to Coopers Garage in Nashville for fair prices and work that will last, and a REAL WARRANTY.
Dennis and Team always have taken good care of my old Jetta; their mechanics know german cars that is obvious. Will be taking my 305K jetta in soon for timing belt kit w/water pump job. Keep up the good work fellas
These guys have all the updated equipment for new foreign cars I have a 2007 Mercedes and I had a broken part on the intake manifold instead replacing the manifold that would run about 1000 dollars they offered to replace that actual broken parts that where on the manifold, witch are a upgrade from plastic to metal. These guys know what they are doing and they are fair.
They always take great care of my cars.
Not a bad place, but it will be nice when they fix something to fix everything and work on the prices. This place is kind of expensive. Don't buy German's Cars.
