Given one price then changed after work was "finished" I had to return my truck for things that weren't finished and had another problem they needed to fix. I was told seven hours of labor and quoted 500. A month of no returned phone calls I finally get my truck back with an added price of $127. After talking to the manager at the other shop we agreed on $515 but I was not paying until they were done as I had already had problems with this in the past with this shop and them using my card number to pull the money out anyways. So I send my wife to make the payment of 515 and the guy at the counter says the manager that worked things out was unreachable and she needed to pay $627. After and hour of waiting we worked out another deal and ended up paying $527 and leaving. So I begin to go over my truck knowing I would find unfinished work. So here I am writing this while taking a break from fixing the things they did not. If you are a mechanic yourself this is the best place to go because you'll end up finishing the work for them. Very disappointed customer.

But every time I had work done there was something not 100%. Bought shocks and the sway bar was not tightened completely. Purchased upper control arms and the bushing went bad after two months, not their fault, procomp replaced the bushings, but since the manufacturer didn't cover the repair cost I had to pay to have them put them on. While that service was getting done I asked for them to change out my spacers, they did, and I asked for everything back, but they said the new spacers didn't come with all of the hardware and had to reuse the nuts. That was a lie because I found the nuts in front cowl. And to top it off, after I got it back the bolts that connect the upper control arms to the spindles were lose. A dust cover to one of the control arms fell off because it was improperly installed, then costing me 50$ to replace. Just one thing after another. I use to recommend them, but after all that, not anymore.

Great service. Called up the guys and explained that I couldn't come in till after hours and they waited for me and helped me out

At first I was realy pleased with all the help and the prices were decent.

Great shop They are honest and they won’t talk you into something you do not need their efficient and knowledgeable. They even stayed open for me to get my truck worked on it for me to get it hands-down best shopper ever Their prices hands-down best and They won’t beat around the bush with you

Do not go here for powertrain or engine work! About 6 monthe ago I got them to install aftermarket head studs in my Ram 2500. It took them 3 times longer than they said it would which was really only a minor inconvenience since I was on leave. In additon, my truck magically had a big scratch on it that wasnt there before I dropped it off. Honestly those two things I can live with. The real kicker and biggest issue though was recently I noticed puddles of oil on my driveway. As it turns out this was due to a bad leak coming from the top rear portion of the engine block. After troubleshooting I discovered they did not install the studs or rocker housing properly and it was leaking like a sieve. They may sell cool wheels and tires but I would be wary of their "mechanical" knowledge.
