Also know that they will not allow parents to go back with small children. So you can't see what they are doing to your child. I don't get that! Do they do background checks on the staff.

I expect a semiannual dentist visit with the dentist. Not numerous additional trips. I'm glad I did not have to take time off work for the appointment. That would have been even worse.
60 mile trip wasted. My time wasted.
Dr. Ribeiro is the best dentist I've ever been to. He takes time to listen to his patients, makes sure you understand what is being done, makes sure that the procedures don't hurt (he even numbs the gum *before* injecting the novocaine!). The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the hygienists are gentle and effecient. I unfortunately moved out of state so I can no longer see him. I highly recommend him as a dentist!
No regard for patients time and inconvenience. They rescheduled an appointment for my son and did not bother to mention they were only scheduling him for a cleaning and not scheduling him to see the dentist. Apparently I was supposed to know that because they asked if I had any concerns.
