Well, I scheduled the appointment 6 months before my first appointment. They rescheduled it once without any reason. When I was supposed to have my appointment at 10.50am and they ask me to come in 10.20am so I have enough time to fill the paperwork and I was there on time and waiting and waiting. When I had been there 2hours I asked if I could finally see the doctor. Well, first they said they could reschedule or I can keep waiting. Well I said I am not happy but I will wait. About 15 minutes later some nurse lady came to tell me the doctor will NOT see me at all that day. So I was waiting about 2.5hours and the doctor did not want to see me because I was not happy to wait. What does she think she is? God? Do not go to this doctor if you need one! She will not help you! I'm going to Nashville to see a real doctor next time.
I would rate less than a star if possible. I waited for over an hour. She walked in the room as if she were on time. She didn't acknowledge the fact that she was over an hour late, no apology. I read other reviews that weren't favorable, but I went anyway-my fault. It won't happen again. And I ended up going back to see the NP 2 days later for the same problem because she prescribed cough medicine-which I could have purchased over the counter. Bottom line - DO NOT STOP HERE; KEEP SEARCHING
