I REALLY LOVE THE PEOPLE AT THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE ALL SUPER NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD HAVE POSTED 5 STARS EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THEIR IS NOT AN INSURANCE DEPARTMENT AT THIS OFFICE, SO IT IS VERY DIFFICULT UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOU DO OR DO NOT OWE. THE INSURANCE MANAGER IS RUDE AND DOESN'T SEEM VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE LIKES TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT OR MEDICATIONS OVER YOUR HEAD IF YOU DON'T PAY WHAT HE THINKS YOU OWE. I DO NOT HAVE A CERTAIN CO-PAY. WHEN I GO ANYWHERE ELSE MY INSURANCE IS FILED AND THEN I PAY THE REMAINDER, BUT HE SEEMS TO MAKE UP AN AMOUNT FOR YOU TO PAY UP FRONT. YA KINDA FEEL LIKE A PRISONER HELD CAPTIVE !!!! ONCE AGAIN THE CLINIC IS AWESOME THOUGH !!!
The staff is nice, but the clinic does not use proper time management with patients. Habitually have to wait more than an hour past the appointment time to be seen.

Been going here for about 6 months. Amanda is amazing. She REALLY listens & works with you. And the shots ahe gives for pain DOES NOT run your augar levels up like most of them do
