I will not return to this office!!!! The "office staff" (volunteering) obviously has no customer service experience...I refuse to be treated like .... He slammed the glass window shut in my face upon me speaking with Catherine NP. If I could have rated no stars I would have!! No wonder this place is seeking help in finding money to keep it open on go find me..... look who is acting staff ha..I will be finding somewhere else to seek medical attention for my needs since its obviously to much to ask for a print out. Totally understaffed!!!! Anytime I've went I've been the only person there now I know why!!!!!!!

NP Catherine Vachon has treated my husband David Mills since 2011. He is a very complex patient that requires multifaceted medical care. NP Vachon’s expertise, knowledge and compassion to treat the patient is excellent! Without her continued treatment my husband David would not be with me today. NP Vachon believes in treating the patient as a whole component - addressing the patient’s medical, emotional, and spiritual needs recommending specific treatment plans without over medicating.
My name is David Vaughn I thought this place was very clean and I only had to wait 15 minutes after filling out my paperwolk to get called back and was seen by ms Katharine shortly there after I was burning down there when I went pee she did a urine test on me and I was found to have urinary tract infection
This Dr office is not only a joke but they are boarder line Criminal. I was looking for a new PCP so I made an appointment, after the medical assistants stabbed my arms 4-5 times trying to take blood I was seen by this Rude Dr. I answer a few of her questions but it became clear right off the bat that she did not care. I explained that I was content with my treatment plan now that I just needed a new PCP. She said she wouldn't fill the prescriptions I we're currently taking because of her personal preferences. It's like going to a Barber an having him say he wouldn't take off a little off the sides he would rather cut off all your hair. It's just easier.. Dr now a days forget they work for you. So I politely agreed to disagree an left. She was interviewed and I found her wanting. Next thing I know I get a bill from this crook wanting me to pay her $90 for services NOT RENDERED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!
No that's where you are incorrect!!! Your "husband" whom doesn't even work there is the one who caused altercation!!! When I called I simply asked if I could get a copy of my labs he repeatedly said he couldn't hear me over the phone I asked to speak with the nurse and he stated she wasn't there......so please take up for your husbands side and act as if disrespectful is ok bc by all means you deal with it the public doesn't have to!!
