Love the doctor she is so kind and explains everything. The allergy test was great our son didnt even cry.
The staff and doctors here are knowledgeable, professional and have great people skills. Although others have voiced billing and wait time concerns, I have had no issue with either of those here. I highly recommend this allergy clinic.
Needless to say the staff (Dr Choi) decided that they wanted to reschedule my appointment so that they could "speak with their billing department". I told them do not bother because I would find a place that would be able to do my allergy test without billing for an office visit. So, I walked out of their office and immediately asked Siri on my iPhone to "find me an allergy clinic". I called the next nearest allergy clinic in Clarksville and before I pulled into my driveway, I had an appointment set for an allergy test with no office visit copay. The clinic is on Hillcrest Dr by the way.
I show up for my scheduled appointment and was asked to pay a $45 copay for an office visit. I objected and explained that my insurance paid for 100% of the allergy test. Of course, I get the response that I need to be evaluated, etc.. So, they wanted to be able to bill my insurance for an office visit, an allergy test, and whatever " treatment plan" that their physician recommended for me. Instead of doing an allergy test and sending the results to my physician, so that he can follow through with a treatment plan.
Came here for daughters allergy testing per pediatrician request. Appt was at 130 PM, arrived at 120 PM and weren't seen until 220PM only thing they did in a 55 minute period was weigh and get her height, all with an empty waiting room, while you can hear the "nurses" laughing in the back. This place is a joke, don't waste your time or money here, go to Vanderbilt instead. Walked out with nothing but wasted time.
I do not recommend this location, even if you have a $0 out of pocket expense health insurance plan, I would not recommend you give this company your business. Corporate greed has infected this company and has caused them an inability to work with someone who is educated enough to know that billing for an office visit is unnecessary. And the fact that they were willing to let me walk out the door to take my business elsewhere speaks volumes about their practice.
My primary care physician referred me to have an allergy test. When I called this company to set an appointment, I asked the person how much it would cost. She said that it would be up to my insurance plan. I asked if she was going to verify my insurance benefits and let me know how much it would cost. She said, "We don't do that here, you'll have to do it yourself." So, I called Blue Cross Blue Shield to verify that I was covered for an allergy test and they confirmed that they paid at 100%.
