No they are not national. If they are affiliated you still have to pay the other place.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I sign a 18 month contract, I PCS to NC, and they say I cannot cancel! What! They say I have to pay $195 to cancel, or wait out my contract (which only had a few months left) so I decided to wait it out because it would be least expensive of the two options. Well, it has been 4 months over the contract and they are still charging my debit card!!! They are sending me in circles, and say no matter what length of contract, you still have to pay a $195 fee to cancel! That is not what my contract said! But I did not keep a copy, and the office says they do not have it, corporate or somewhere does. They wont refund me the excess, or let me out of my contract, they need to be shut down by the BBB, if the BBB will actually do their job for once.
So many bad reviews over people not reading contracts or wanting to skip out on them but this place is truly amazing. I've been to a lot of other gyms this is by far the cleanest and best for the price that I have ever been in. I have never had a single bad experience there. Everyone is very kind and the pricing has even gone down. They help you when you need it. I wish they had one where I now live, they would put all the other ones here out of business.
Do not believe a thing they tell you.
No you can't quit if you move, promised when I joined. Sued because I moved, and did what I was told to quit

I have been going to this gym for a year now and at the beginning it was fine. Now, there is no toilet paper or paper towels to clean off machines. There is a rumor going around that it is going to close with no notice to its customers. Very disappointed in this fitness center!
