Grateful to have become a part of the Prime family! They welcomed me with enthusiasm and encouragement, which nearly a year later, still continues. The whole team is fun to be around. I feel blessed to have their training and motivation to help me get stronger physically and mentally. And an added bonus, I've made some wonderful friends that I look forward to seeing each week too. The people at Prime Fitness genuinely care about their members. They are always happy to see you and are willing to discuss your personal goals. The workouts are carefully crafted and extremely difficult but are matched with encouragement and the belief that you can do it. I started taking classes in Jan. and have never been in better shape - every workout is a great workout! I also love this underlying Christian spirit of love and belief. It really makes Prime special. Could not be happier with my experience.
The workouts at Prime are great, and the staff is top notch. Each member of the Prime Team is so caring and encouraging. They make it a point to call you by name and tell you they've missed you if you have gone a week without being a part of their class. Prime feels more like a community than just a gym. I love that!
Prime fitness has the slogan "Real fitness for Real People". It could not be more true. All shapes, sizes, athletic abilities, disabilities are welcome here in a way that enables movement forward. I have studied health and wellness for over 20 years and I can say this is the best programming I have ever seen outside of elite athlete facilities.
