An excellent school where you can find the most skilled Martial Fighters in a two state radius training under one roof. The experience you can get there is unmatched anywhere else in TN or KY. They are indeed the most professional MMA gym around. They are also very open minded to other Martial Arts practitioners I was invited to share some of my Kenpo with the students of the Dynamic Defense Tactics Instructor and I afterward made it my regular spot to come train when I am in TN.
