I use to go to Kim nails to get my manicures and pedicures but i've always end up with a long wait with no type of acknowledgement or any type of good customer service, especially when i tell them to correct my nails when they make the polish too thick or my nails don't align correctly, they always make a big fuss about it. After discovering Mark, i cannot stress how much i love my nails more than ever, and when he recommended me his "dip" polish, ABSOLUTELY love it! A way better and safer version from Shellac. Although he is the only one working, quality is worth the wait! My nails has never been so healthy since Mark has been the only one working on them, they never come out frail or broken, my mani and pedi lasts up to 8 weeks or MORE without any chips what so ever. Literally, great quality. I always come to Mark now and he always does a great job and takes his time to make sure i am satisfied. Never going anywhere else.
Very horrible. Mark was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers to make them at least feel welcomed. He grabs your hand forcefully and doesn’t care to interact with guest while doing their nails. He needs to learn customer service skills. He lacks it very bad. Oh don’t waste your time he is the only one that works there! So if u want more than one service done it won’t get done promptly
Love the service.. That guy is great!! but if you need to make appointment!! Or you will be waiting a long time..
Just visited this place for the first time this past Saturday and had Mark do my nails. He did my nails in about an hour which is so fast seeing as though he had to soak off my powder dip polish, give me a manicure and apply new powder dip. So fast! And they look the best they have ever looked. This guy really knows what he is doing. The salon was clean and pleasing to the eye. They had a great selection of services and colors at reasonable prices. This is now the one and only place I will be going to get my nails done. I can't tell you how happy I am with the way my nails look! I catch myself staring at them constantly.
I NEVER have left a review in my life, but after this experience, I feel like people should know to never come here. I came into the nail salon with my friend. She got a full set for $30 and I got my toes done for $25. She told me since I paid the last time we went, she'd pay this time. Unfortunately, her card declined. She thought it could've just been his register so she went over to the gas station to try to get cash back. I waited for her to call back and she said it didn't work there either. So I went out to my car, and got my credit card. I gave it to him and he said since the first name on the card was different he couldn't take it! I was offering to pay, and he wouldn't accept payment. It is in my mothers name, but it is money from my father, so my mother always gives the card to me. I've used the card everywhere and never had this issue. The last name on the card was even the same. So I call my mother and put her on speaker and she was livid. She gave him permission to use the card but no, this still isn't enough. He calls the POLICE, takes my credit card and license and refuses to give it back and until the cops come. When they arrive, I explain the situation and the police were very helpful and friendly. He told the man " okay, let her call her mother back to verify she can use the card, and take the payment." I call her once again and she told him he can either run the card or I am leaving. I have never in my life been treated this way. And I have filed a police report. Not to mention he was very rude the whole time. My friend accidentally called her full set a "manicure" and he spent 10 minutes correcting her saying whenever she goes somewhere next time not to call it that. He was very rushed on my pedicure and did a messy job.
