This place is horrible , the first few days I had to beg for my medicine and my food , the bathroom smells lije,raw sewage , it is freezing in the room and it makes my bones hurt because I have cervical myelopathy, the tv is kept on because the other resident wanted it on , I had no rights in the room , even though my insurance was paying for my room too , I had to hurry up and eat before my food got cold , because my bed was in front of the air conditioner, I has been her alost 2 weeks , my sheets have been changed once , most of the staff are very rude , and treat you like dirt , the therapy person told me if I continue to I'mprove I can stay so I did all the,exercises and now they said I meant my goals and I have to get out , I just had bran surgery, and I am so afraid to be alone , I pray God stays with me , and this place is the Devils pit
For the most part I am very happy with the care and compassion given to our mom.
