I would not recommend this provider as she is not knowledgable about the insurances that she accepts and the services that they covers. After being in her office for 15 mins with written referrals from my neurologist stating what services needed to be provided she says she doesn't feel in her personal opinion that they are needed. After 15 mins? Really? You are able to determine this in that short amount of time. Also, she refused assessments based off the idea that insurance would not cover the services if they were provided in a medical setting even though these services fall under mental health. I spoke with my insurance and they verified that the services that we were seeking would have been covered with no problem in regards to the circumstances at hand. A total waste of time and the staff including the provider herself were not friendly at all and short in all their responses.
