The first time I went there I spent a hour in the waiting room, my appointment was at 9 am so I thought there was no way they were running that late first thing ni the morning. This last time I went there, only because I had to get a referal to a cardiologist because my heart rate has been very high I spent a hour again waiting for my appointment only to get taken to the back and waited for another hour! while I was in the back the electricty went of so I sat in the dark for a hour. THey opened all the doors so you could get a little light but you could hear all of the employees having a party with no consideration for the patients, I still have not heard anything about my referal and everytime I call the office "their phones are down". It will be faster to just go see another doctor. I am a nurse and have worked with many doctors I have never seen a doctors office run so poorly!
I second and thoroughly agree with Amie Schindler’s post! These people only care about making money and could care less about what happens to pts. They NEVER return phone calls, no one answers the phone, and I had at least 5 different people see me in a year! And when I finally got out of there they have the nerve to charge $37.75 for copies of MY medical records. Whoever wrote that this is a warm medical office must spend a lot of time with DEAD people!!! I am so angry with this office I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!

I was hit by a semi-truck and was taken there by an ambulance, i sat there for FOUR hours before they even wiped my leg off/cleaned it. They didn't even give me the call remote to buzz for a nurse if needed. Also did not give me any pain medication until my friends step mom told them to. and even then forgot about it and i didn't get it until 30 minutes after. i literally had to drag myself to the bathroom. All they cared about was me getting a way home. ten minutes before i left they FINALLY stitched me up/gave me braces for my arm/leg and then acted like it was such an inconvenience to wheel me out to the lobby on the wheelchair. i had to go to my doctors office right after because they were no help. i would not recommend this place to anyone, you'd be better off having a four year old taking care of you.
I had an appointment at 8:00 in the am, the first appointment of the day! At 8:35 I went to the receptionist to ask what the wait was for since I was the only patient in the office at the time, she told me the doctor did not even get there until 9:30. So, why in the world would they make an appointment and make me wait for an hour and a half? I guess I should be happy I was even able to make an appointment since they never answer the phone or return messages. I have also had a Saturday morning appointment rescheduled four weeks in a row by the office. I immediatley left the office and went to change my primary care physician to a Doctor that actually cares about his patients!
