hello everyone I am the General Manager at ABC/Veteran's Cab... first I really want to apologize for all of the negative reviews. I have read all of the complaints that are on here and I take them very seriously. We are constantly trying to find ways to improve the service we provide to you everyday. Wait times are not exact times of ETA and we can not control certain issues such as traffic or the activities other passengers do such as extra stops etc. We try to treat each and every one of our passengers with the best service with quality each time, however we also are not perfect but we are always trying to be the best. I also want to thank all of the customers who has had great experiences from us. We value each and everyone's feed back and reviews because that's how we get better for you... I had a man name Adam& he was wonderful. Got there quickly and was very nice & friendly !
They talk to costomers like garbage. I understand being busy. Well being busy is making money in the cab service. You shouldn't talk to the ones paying your bill's like garbage. "Customers". If it wasn't for the customers you wouldn't have money coming in to pay bill's. Smart mouth woman. To say it nicely. Completely decent compared to how you talked to me. . See if i or any of my 15+ people use your services again.
One of my employees was having car troubles so I told him to call a cab and I would pay for it. They took over an hour to get there. Then charged me 28$ for his 5 minute trip across town. Do yourself a favor and call an Uber.
Good experience, on time twice on the same day and it's a holiday. Driver very nice. Early model car.
