Great service! We were Professional Alarms customers, moved, and then came back to Clarksville to find out ADS was now servicing former P. A. customers. ADS came out within a week for installation. Our installer was very friendly and thoughtful about testing the alarm with a sleeping baby. We had an issue with one of the window alarms. ADS sent someone out the same day to fix the problem. Larry was our technician and he too was kind and friendly. After his visit I received a handwritten letter thanking me for my business. Great service! Superb professionalism!
