Took my dogs there today. my oldest dog was mistreated severely; ask for a "little" trim and she was scalped! Her little behind was scaled so bad she was bleeding on both sides. Was told the charge would be about $100.00 and the bill was $200.00.! This is a total disgrace for a pet to be treated this way. When we got her home, she would not let you touch her and she tried to bite us. You have to wonder what went on! called Alesha twice and left messages, with no return calls. Have stopped payment on my check and will do whatever i can to keep dogs away from there. This is horrible treatment and don't take your dog there please.
We've taken 2 cats here to get groomed and I can't think of a better place to take them. The staff is very friendly and professional. After the appointment, the groomer came out and talked at length about the process and how to keep up the care for the cats. I recommend Feline Fridays to any and all.
We boarded our baby for the first time and I wish I would’ve tried Alicia’s sooner. The pics daily were such a nice touch. The staff was amazing and our dog was happy. I really hate to give a great review because she may not have room the next time, but it’s a chance I’ll have to take. It wouldn’t be fair to Alicia not to. Great experience. Will definitely be our furever boarding establishment. Thank you SO much for everything. Merry Christmas.
My previous cat groomer always had to sedate my Maine Coon to remove mats and shave his belly, and I would have to leave him all day. Alicia had him in and out within a few hours, gorgeous, trimmed, and bathed! The staff is very kind, patient, and passionate about their work with animals. They even gave him a card and goody bag since it was his birthday. Highly recommend!
The atmosphere here is amazing! It's so calm and everyone really helps the cats and dogs feel at home! All the staff actually take the time to get to know you and your pet to make sure they can do the best groom possible.
The groomer is the only certified master cat groomer in middle Tennessee, and it definitely shows in the quality of the groom! I love how everything is natural as well. This is is the only place I will get my pets groomed! Highly recommend anyone to take their cats or dogs here!
