My husband and I rented through them for two years and had some major issues. I would never recommend this company at all. They do things such half ass. They never fixed anything right. My house had mold and all they did was paint over the black spot in my bathroom. I finally had enough after the mold wasn't gone after months. I moved out! I didn't see my deposit back after they said all these things were wrong which were lies. They charged me for 7 blinds ( when my house had 5 windows and I had a recipet to show I bought two new blinds before moving out). They charged me for my light bulbs not matching . Stay away ! They take advantage of military big time.
Things were a bit rocky during the beginning, but I think it was due to different staff (who no longer work there). But, other than that we had a pleasant 18 months with Arrington Rentals. They always worked with us, even when things came up. My husband and I want to give a HUGE shout out to Amanda for being absolutely amazing and her customer service is alays on point. I would recommend Arrington for your rental needs.
They care and take care of you especially when my wife was preganat. For starters what a wonderful experience and great staff. Very helpful I was away for training a lot and they helped my wife get everything straightened out very straightforward people. Extremely understanding and always willing to work with you regardless of your situation and we received our security deposit back and were renting a home from them again. They uphold their part and word via fixing things in a timely manner etc. Overall wonderful experience thanks to the staff at Arrington Rentals including Mr. Arrington himself you sir are a great man may you continue to being that man that your are thanks again for everything.
We lived in a house managed by Arrington for about 5 years. The owner was wonderfully nice when I was house hunting from 500 miles away. He found us a great little place right on budget and newly fixed up. Of course, during 5 years maintenance issues came up. They were always quick to get things fixed. I didn't have any problems at move out. They charged a standard cleaning fee, that was it. Would definitely rent from them again if we find ourselves back in that area.
False advertising. Called about a house for rent online, & a sign in the yard. And they tell me it's not for rent, it might be for sale. Then you need to take it offline & the sign out of the yard!!! Very rude lady.
