Love the new management!!! She really cares about the apartment complex and wants to make it safer and better to live in. If you need something she’s on it.
I just moved here a few months ago just wanted to say the new management is really trying to clean the place up and really make this place nice all the apartments are being re done and look great for the price and I really love the lady in the office she is just a great caring office manger really want to give her the 5 stars
Landlord is very nice and responsive; location is super convenient to APSU and downtown. Overall very pleased with everything.
I moved in Avondale in January and i love it..its quiet i got good neighbors and i love the inside of my apt my floors are my favorite of all..My landlord is great even the maintenance guy is good...
Conviently close to APSU. Gated community, like a home in a safe,closed circle. Nice floorings and new appliances. I love my apartment.
