These people suck! Sign a lease, cash your security deposit 6 months later then screw you when rent its due. If any thing is broken they do not fix it..... They are a joke!
They never call you back and don't care about getting their clients money owed to them. And I'm the one who owes the money!
Warning to parents of APSU students - although you might find rental prices with this realtor that are good for a college student budget, they are not dependable to uphold their side of the deal. It will be costly in other respects. Look elsewhere.
