This place is horrible it's sad that a city as large as Clarksville, TN has to settle for Premiere Medical.
My son sees Dr. Walker and we have also seen PA Starcey Bacon. Both have provided excellent care. I would recommend these medical professionals to anyone.
This place does not care in any way shape or form about their patients they just want you to come in as many times as possible so they can rack up charges on your insurance. It is a disgrace to the medical profession.
New to area. Seen as a new walk in patient. The front staff was very courteous, kind and very much helpful. Wait time was no problem. The facility was clean and nicely organized. I highly recommended.
Needless to say it's beyond time that we try to find a better Clinic.
A month later my 2 yr old daughter catches some kind of bug and the doctor says he notices fluid around her ears but because she wasn't yet complaining about her ears volunteers no information on what to do if her ears hurt. The very next day while acting pitiful she tells us her ears hurt. So my wife calls and asks what to do that morning. To which Premiere says to wait on a call back. Well 4 hours later my daughter wakes up from her nap screaming in agony from the pain in her ears and of course we never received a call back.
I love my PCP here (Millie Burke). But the walk-in clinic is a joke. The nurse or MA or whatever she is, was rude. The practioner has yet to walk into my room..after I've sat in this room for 50 minutes now. The clinic isn't busy at all. No excuses for horrible service like this.
Rude & inconsiderate. The staff scheduled our infant’s appointment at a different clinic and failed to notify us of change. After driving an hour with a screaming baby we show up at the “wrong” facility and weren’t able to be seen there. We left and quickly drove to the “correct” facility only to be turned away for being outside of the 15 minute grace period only because the supervisor lied about our appointment time! We didn’t have the card with us so when we got home we double checked and it was exactly what we said it was. Not only was this an issue, but the first lady who claimed to be a supervisor was completely clueless on what that title meant and the head supervisor or whatever she called herself spent more time smiling and playing with my child than handling the situation... the situation that was completely premier medical group’s fault! Needless to say we switched our childrens’ pcp. Do not go here. It’s a nice building and all but the staff we’ve encountered are all sub par at best.
My six month old little boy caught chicken pox and they pawned us off on a PA because a doctor wasn't available. The PA couldn't diagnose it. Luckily my wife works in the medical field and the doctors she works with immediately said it was chicken pox. We were able to get him in two days later just to have tests confirm it as chicken pox (shake my head).
