My exsperience with this place was unfair and completely unjust.they took my children based on a report that my ex gave them that only included what ifs! i literally had my children taken away from me because a man said that i "mght"get high and drive...My daughters cried so hard at night they would vomit in there bed, and have nightmares, my case worker said they will get used to it.My case worker was a black man, who was vindictive and vengful. the majority of the workers are black and racist.A single white female with @ daughters and they ripped us into shreds. terrible awful bad place with no morals. BEWARE .
Less than 1 star, useless
This place was designed to protect children but from my experience so far, the only thing they do is destroy families. They do now allow parents with complete and factual information. My son's daycare reported suspected abuse because my anemic son had bruises on "the fatty part of his legs" and that was their reasoning for pulling my 3 year old son out of his classroom at daycare and have a DCS worker, a complete stranger to my son, pull his pants and under down and examine my son without another person he knew in the room with him. DCS states they have law that allows them to do that, but morally that isn't right, for a stranger to look at my son's privates without proper/parental supervision. I know most reviews are completely biased based on a person's individual experience, but overall, this place is a nightmare. Multiple families in this town have had DCS do similar things to their families. f you have children, DO NOT LIVE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

The Department of Children's Services in Clarksville, Tennessee are fluffing case files with incorrect remarks in their system, then refusing to correct their mistakes. I now am preparing to go public with ALL recordings. I have proof in form of 2 recordings. One recording is from a worker that received a case to investigate after that case's previous worker was removed due to a complaint/grievance being filed against her, the 2nd worker then after performing her own investigation claimed she was closing the case shortly with no further actions needed, but yet the Department never closed the case out like that with the legislative office in Nashville, Tennessee, in fact the supervisor let the remarks of the removed case worker be placed under the 2nd case worker's name on records. Even though I have the recording of the case worker who closed out the case own words that state she did not end her investigation with noncompliance or services refused on the mother in the case and a full recording of the legislative representative stating that the supervisor from the local office is able to remove those indicators if that's not how it was closed out, that particular team is still refusing to change the decision in the system. The recordings contradicts what the worker stated and what's in the system. This shows just how crooked and biased the system is. I wonder how many parents this office has done this to.
