Went in to fill out my application amd had an interview that day. I did everything I needed to do in order to start. Went and had my physical, which was required, and got a call that evening basically saying everything came back, (background check, driving records, and my physical results), and that i could come in that Wednesday at 9 to start training. That Tuesday evening i got a call telling me that they were no longer offering me the position and when I asked why they hung up. I still have no idea why I was cut loose before I even started and i definately don't appreciate how rude they were from the very start. That is not the way that someone should be treated at all.
Today's my first day I got hired in 2 days had interview as soon as I filled the questions out . The hiring lady was sweet. Had my physical the next day I'm only 19 I have my cpr license but everything else that's required they will train you if you don't have so yup and now I start training which is paid for so let's see how day one goes
I think what this place does is awesome people always well taking care of and are happy
This place is horrible!!! Don't work here or put your family in this facility!!! They lie to cover themselves when it comes to paperwork, keeping their jobs, they have proof in front of them but will not look further will just do what they want. Clients are being lock out of there rooms, closets, staff are sleep on the job, family members not knowing the truth because this company lies to cover it all up. When state come they call staff personal phones to tell them what to do and say, where to put thing, or take this out until they leave, they want you to lie in travel books about the clients, they put all there money together when they get groceries but they pick favorites or the ones that have more money to do more for them. This Company is RUDE from the from RECEPTIONIST all the way down to the DO and trust me don't leave out MANAGEMENT. The person that is manager can't fire anyone she goes to the next person to ask her what she want to do but they cover for each other to get raises for themselves but can't keep staff because of how they treat them, lie on them, talk about the houses to each person, very negative environment. State needs to really investigate this business and close it.
