Strict like prison
Been here for almost 2 years. No complaints whatsoever since there is a new manger in the leasing office who actually does her job and is accessible. Quiet community and very well manicured. Great location since its tucked away.
You can get a better townhouse in town for the price. It's quiet, a lot of military and college students but I never see the cops around. You're responsible for simple things like buying and changing the air filter. You also have to pay for trash to the county unlike you would in a apartment. Honestly it's not worth the price, most don't come with a washer or dryer and if you want one its even more money. Unless you like being near the downtown and riverside area you can get a townhouse near Wilma Rudolph/Mall area for way cheaper. They are all built similar. These need to be updated if they want to keep raising the rent close to $800. The toilets tend to run which will make your bill high and the shower clogs. Landscaping isn't taking care of much but the tenant is probably responsible for that too. The maintenance guy Tony is good at fixing most of the issues. Honestly it's not a bad place but you can find something better in a location with more amenities for almost $800/month.
