They have been managing our property for four years and we finally got to take a look after the pass tenants moved out recently. We are military family and move around a lot . We can't always go check on the house and rely on the property management company to overlook what we can't. 4 months ago Anderson Realty suggested we needed to replace the carpet due to wear and tear and come to find out that the last tenants had animals that ruined the carpet and we never received a pet fee. Also, they said that they cleaned the place after the last tenant moved out and it was left discussing and they showed it that way. After emailing them pictures and how disappointed I was, they sent me an email terminating our contract. Stay away, all they care about is the 10% rental fee they collect and don't bother to check up on your place or answer there emails or calls. We have a court date on Aug 24 for small claims. They kept the reserve funds of $250 and said we owned them. There was more issues we had with them and now we will see them in court. Will repost after next week court date and the outcome.
This company was almost impossible to contact. Refused to return my money that was clearly entitled to me. Sat on my check for a month, then I had to physically go to there office and ask about it, only to find out they sent it to the wrong address. Never contacted me about the check to inform me it was the wrong address...Do not waster your time with this company.
