If you want a go getter team, this is the crew you want! I contacted Casey on a recommendation and was happy I did. She made my first home purchase extreamly easy. She learned quickly what was liked and prefered and gave lists that fit to what we were looking for. The day before we were scheduled to go look at homes we were interested in she emailed me and called me about a home that just came on the market she knew we would love. Boy was she right, as this is now my home. She appropriately addressed my worries and concerns about my situation and gave me the comfort in going forward. Every step of the way Casey was with me. Her and her entire team went to work for me and was even able to get me closed two weeks early! I can't say enough good about Casey. She done a fantastic job and helped make my dream come true. Very displeased with this agency. I contacted them regarding a home for rent on Dec 1st at 10am. I secured the keys, saw the home, and loved it. I went back to the office, filled out the application and asked if I could leave a deposit on the home. They said no but it was not required until my app was approved in the next day or so. Their office was closed Sat and Sun. Monday morning at 11am I was notified my app was approved. To my surprise they advised me the home I wanted had been rented to someone else. This company showed me a home with no other offers, took a $40 application fee from me, then 12 business hours later rented the property out from under me. As an active duty Major with 20 years in the Army it should be a safe bet I would be approved for the property. I am so upset. Simply not good customer service and makes me skeptical of entering a legal contract with them. Why would a company show a home to customers, have them pay for and fill out an application, then pull the property out from under them? So disappointed.
