This rental company is a huge disappointment. I feel like all they care about is taking your money and taking as much as possible out of your security deposit. They will tell you everything looks good and tell you what they are going to charge you for and then add on a bunch of other charges out of no where. And the charges are a ridiculous amount. Never will I ever rent with them again.
We are very pleased with our experience working with CPM. Jim Little and his team took great care in managing our property as a rental. They were responsive to our inquiries, as well as any maintenance needed. Our owner proceeds came without interruption, along with our monthly statements and end of year tax forms. When it came time to place our property up for sale, CPM took care of everything. Jim Little was our listing agent, he was knowledgeable of the market and guided us throughout the process. We can't thank him and his team enough for their services and extra effort! We will definitely recommend to others wanting to rent and/or sell their property in the area. They take the time to listen to the details and follow through with their service. Most of all they are personable and courteous with every meeting, email and phone call.
